By choosing the super-optimized glass, which has been given a special anti-reflective treatment, for this Maestro 80-2 gas fireplace, you have an unobstructed view of the flames. However, before lighting the fireplace for the first time, the glass must be cleaned. You can read about how to do this in the accompanying manual. CV non-reflective glass is purchased, but it is of course also possible to choose ordinary standard glass, which is included in the price. You can choose between 2 different backings for the Maestro 80 2-sided gas fireplace. The interior is available in either matte black or with black Cera glass mirror, where the mirror magnifies the flames.
The DRU gas fireplace comes with a remote control, so you can adjust, turn on and off the fireplace via this. A WiFi communication module can also be purchased, so you can control the fireplace and the flame control system Eco Wave through an app on your mobile device or tablet.
By purchasing DRU’s PowerVent® system, the exhaust pipe can be many meters long with several bends, without compromising the fire experience. Gas fireplaces for indoor installation should only be installed by professionals who are certified to work with gas. The installer is responsible for the installation of the gas fireplace itself, the gas supply to the fireplace and the flue.
The Maestro 80/2 Eco Wave is an exclusive corner fireplace with a range of remote-controlled adjustment options. The Maestro 80 2 sided gas fireplace insert is among Dutch DRU’s top products, and if you are choosing a fireplace insert, you can consider buying this modern gas fireplace, which has many advantages over a built-in fireplace for firewood. At the same time, you avoid the cleaning associated with a wood-fired fireplace insert.
The actual flame image in this fireplace insert is created using the Dynamic Flame Burner®, which provides very lifelike and vivid flames. The 3 burners, 2 of which are slanted, are hidden behind the included ceramic firewood. These parts together help to create a high and beautiful fire inside the fireplace. The gas fireplace can be regulated so that you can light the 2 burners at the top, the burner at the bottom or the entire fireplace. Independently of these flames, you can turn on/off the Eco Glow LED glow base with the remote control or via app. The purchased glow base makes the gas fireplace look beautiful, even though it does not emit heat. This can be practical on summer days when the fireplace may be less used.
