DRU Fire are experts in designing gas fireplaces with flame patterns that are as close to the flame pattern in a wood-burning stove as possible. The gas fireplaces are produced and tested in the Netherlands. Here, all burners are tested, both before they are inserted into the gas fireplace and when they are inserted into the fireplace – as some of the only manufacturers on the market. The Global 120 BF is equipped with a Line Burner burner, which provides dynamic flames in a wide, sleek and straight horizontal line. Our DRU gas fireplaces are equipped with four different types of burner technologies, which you can read more about on our inspiration page about gas fireplaces.
With the Global 120BF front fireplace, there is no handling of firewood, lighting and cleaning. However, the front glass needs to be cleaned once in a while so that you keep the glass clear. We can supply the right accessories for cleaning the glass:

Installation and installation Installing a gas fireplace requires certification. A gas fireplace does not need a traditional chimney, but needs a flue, which is why the Global 120 BF can be placed in several places.

Create a cosy fireplace atmosphere with a gas fireplace
Global 120 BF is a modern, stylish wide-format fireplace insert from Dutch DRU’s Global series. The gas fireplace is designed in steel and glass and is constructed to last for generations. The fireplace comes with very lifelike, brown ceramic firewood that gives a cozy campfire feeling, but you can also choose white pebbles or anthracite stones, which are placed at the bottom along the burner. There are 2 different types of backsplashing for the Global 120 BF gas fireplace. Choose between either black or black Cera glass mirror wall. The mirrored wall gives the flames more depth, but both types are elegant. The fireplace insert has an efficiency of 94%, is in energy class A and comes with a remote control with on/off function, thermostat and clock.
