CV glass
What is CV glass?
The glare from windows and lamps can be a great nuisance when you want to enjoy your fireplace with glass sides. There is a risk that the view will be ruined by reflections in the glass.
CV Glas stands for Clear View Glass. This type of glass helps to reduce reflections in the glass. There is a thin film on the glass, which helps to remove reflections.
The majority of our DRU gas fireplaces are available with the option of CV glass, which removes reflections on the glass. So that you get an unobstructed view of the fireplace.
Clear View glass is particularly suitable for fireplaces where there is a background. Such as front fireplaces or corner fireplaces. Especially if the background of the fireplace is black, then the reflections will be more visible.
