The Maestro gas fireplace insert gives you the most authentic flame image a gas fireplace can achieve, using its Dynamic Flame Burner®, which is included in the price of all Maestro models. The gas fireplace is designed with 3 burners, one at the bottom and two upright, which are hidden behind very lifelike ceramic firewood. These elements create a tall and beautiful fire inside the fireplace, which produces some incredibly realistic flames. It is possible to regulate the fireplace so that you can light the entire fireplace, one of the 2 burners at the top or just the burner at the bottom. Eco Glow The optional LED glow base can be lit independently of the fire in the fireplace using the included remote control or via app. With the glow base lit, the fireplace looks nice and cosy, even though it doesn’t emit heat. This can be practical in the summer, when the fireplace may be less used than in the winter months.
The special Clear View anti-glare treated glass on this Maestro 60-2 gas fireplace gives you the illusion of an open fireplace as the glass is barely visible. If you choose Clear View glass, please note that before and after lighting for the first time, the window must be cleaned correctly. Read the instructions in the chapter “Cleaning the windscreen” in the enclosed user manual. Of course, it is also possible to choose ordinary standard glass. With the built-in Eco Wave function in the Maestro 60/2 left-facing, you can lower the consumption of gas by up to 50% without compromising on the flame image. This function is particularly suitable when you do not want a lot of heat, but still want a nice and realistic flame image.
The PowerVent® system enables the exhaust pipe to be up to 30 meters long with many bends without compromising the fire experience. However, it must be purchased.
You can choose between 2 different types of backsplashing in the Maestro 60 2-sided gas fireplace. The interior is available in either matte black steel or with black Cera glass mirror. The latter makes the flames appear larger.
The DRU gas fireplace comes with a remote control where you can set and turn it on/off. It is also possible to purchase the WiFi communication module, so you can control the fireplace via app on mobile or tablet, and also the Eco Wave function, so you get exactly the type of flames you want.
Indoor gas fireplaces may only be installed by authorized professionals who are certified to work with gas. The installer must be responsible for the installation of the gas fireplace itself and the extractor, as well as the supply of gas to the fireplace – for example, bottled gas, natural gas or city gas.
