Thyristor speed control for Chimney Fan ZRS 170. 1-phase thyristor (semiconductor component that acts as electronic switch) for manual control of speed and air volume with AC motor. When the controller is surface-mounted with the included mounting box, the controller is sealed to IP54. Multiple motors can be connected in parallel as long as the total current does not exceed the current range. Starting current must be taken into account when choosing a regulation. This regulation requires that the engine has built-in engine protection and that the engine is designed for thyristor control.
