Buy Clear View anti-reflective glass for Metro 100XTU, as there is almost no reflection on the glass, creating the illusion of an open fireplace. If you choose Clear View glass, the window must be cleaned correctly before and after lighting for the first time. Read the chapter in the accompanying manual “Cleaning the window”. You can choose from 2 different types of rear walls for the Metro 100XTU 3-sided gas fireplace. The back panel is available in matte black or black Cera glass. The Cera glass will make the flames appear larger due to the mirror effect.
The Metro 100XTU gas fireplace may only be installed by a gas master who is certified to work with gas. He or she is responsible for the installation of the gas fireplace and the flue, as well as the supply of gas to the fireplace – for example, bottled gas, natural gas or city gas.
